The Lean Clean 360 is designed to process baskets that fit into a work envelope of 18" x 12" x 6”, up to ten per hour. The basket is rotated (or optionally rocking is used for fragile parts that cannot be rotated) while sprayed, and immersed with a high level of turbulation in an aqueous solution.
Many proven features developed by JENFAB over the past 40 years have been built into this lean cellular washer. The simplistic design and rugged construction provides reliable operation. The high pressure submerged spray wash system, rotating mechanism, and dryer design incorporate many proven features used in our large production machines.
The machine is ergonomically designed, and an operator simply places a basket on the convenient loading shelf, pushes it in to the system, closes the door, and pushes the Start Button. When cycle is complete, the operator merely pulls out the basket. Baskets do not have to be lowered into or lifted out of the cleaning chamber.
This compact machine fits into a 3’ x 5’ floor space, yet out produces comparable and larger systems. The basket is rotated 360 degrees, or optionally rocking up to 60 degrees each side of center, in solution while a powerful submerged spray scrubs the parts clean. Sixty gallons per minute of solution delivered at 40 PSI is directed at the parts. The solution is continually recirculated, filtered and delivered through the high pressure submerged jets. The entire volume of the cleaning chamber is turned over more than twice a minute. This fast recirculating turnover rate flushes away chips, soils and oils, always keeping fresh, clean solution in contact with the parts.
Rotation insures that all parts are uniformly engaged with turbulated soak and power spray. This combination of rotation, turbulated soak and power spray scrubs all part surfaces, crevices, holes, and recesses clean, and removes oils, grease, and other particulate matter while loosening and removing metallic fines and chips, allowing all holes, recesses, and cavities to fill and drain effectively.
